Temporary Office Administrator (Temp-to-Hire) – Financial Services

Looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing team in the financial services industry? We’re hiring a Temporary Office Administrator to step in and support daily operations in a busy, dynamic office setting. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—perfect for someone who thrives in an onsite environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting prep
  • Manage inventory and office supply orders
  • Handle catering orders and light event logistics
  • Keep things organized, on track, and running smoothly

 

Who You Are:

  • 3–6 years of administrative experience (within financial services)
  • Known for being detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Clear communicator with solid written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve used Canva
  • Bachelor’s degree required
