We’re hiring a Temporary Office Administrator to step in and support daily operations in a busy, dynamic office setting. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity—perfect for someone who thrives in an onsite environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
- Coordinate conference room bookings and meeting prep
- Manage inventory and office supply orders
- Handle catering orders and light event logistics
- Keep things organized, on track, and running smoothly
Who You Are:
- 3–6 years of administrative experience (within financial services)
- Known for being detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Clear communicator with solid written and verbal skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve used Canva
- Bachelor’s degree required
