Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
Overview:
An established and rapidly scaling organization in the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their People function. This role will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with business goals. Ideal for a seasoned HR professional, this position requires someone who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is passionate about organizational design, leadership development, and culture-building on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and enabling leadership to scale effectively.

Org Design & Workforce Planning: Lead efforts in organizational structuring, workforce forecasting, and talent alignment to support business expansion across multiple regions.

People Strategy Execution: Contribute to and help execute global HR programs and change initiatives. Ensure integration and alignment across geographies and functions.

Leadership & Talent Development: Guide performance enablement, succession planning, career pathing, and learning strategies. Provide coaching to leaders and managers.

Culture & Engagement: Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. Be a champion of values and change, helping guide teams through transformation.

Analytics & Insights: Use data to influence decision-making. Present metrics that shape leadership strategy and measure program effectiveness.

HR Program Ownership: Lead or co-lead initiatives related to employee experience, retention, onboarding/offboarding, and overall engagement.

Compliance: Ensure policies and practices adhere to U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR role

Demonstrated ability to influence executives and drive large-scale people initiatives

Deep knowledge of talent management, change leadership, and org development

Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to work across all levels

Fluent in leveraging HR data and metrics to inform business decisions

Agile and resilient in fast-paced, evolving work environments

Familiarity with U.S. employment law and HR compliance standards

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD are a plus)

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred)
