North Bridge is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in the staffing/recruiting industry for its NYC office. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and building client partnerships.
A day in the life:

  • Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Target new business opportunities by pipelining and prospecting daily.
  • Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
  • Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.
  • Partner with North Bridge Recruiter to manage searches.
  • Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently identifying and converting opportunities.

About you:

  • 3+ years of proven track record of success in a sales-driven role in the staffing/recruiting industry
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented. with a growth mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree
