Reception Manager

Position:
We are in search of an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, possessing strong customer service skills to lead the reception team at our New York City headquarters. This opportunity involves working in a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Role Responsibilities:
In collaboration with your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and outstanding experience for both guests and employees. The position demands excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to manage front desk operations while coordinating with colleagues in the administration team to deliver a top-notch reception experience.

Qualifications:
• Preferred experience includes 3+ years in reception, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or concierge roles. While experience in managing company-wide conference and C-suite room scheduling in a corporate setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• We are looking for a flexible, diligent individual with outstanding organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information discreetly is essential, as well as a keen attention to detail and well-honed collaboration skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, is a definite advantage.
• Anticipated annual base salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000. Our comprehensive compensation and benefits package include overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 per week, along with benefits such as medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and participation in a charitable gift match program.
