Junior Human Resources Business Partner

Type: Contract role, onsite 5 days a week
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and solutions-oriented Junior Human Resources Business Partner to support the full employee lifecycle across a dynamic and global organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong business acumen, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll partner closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and various operational teams to support strategic initiatives, employee relations, and internal mobility processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to HR leaders across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, departures, performance reviews, talent planning, and year-end compensation processes

Partner with business leaders to prepare presentation materials and reports for HR and leadership meetings

Collaborate with Head of Employee Relations on employee relations matters, offering administrative and analytical support

Manage logistics and administrative work related to employee transfers (e.g., international relocations and internal team moves)

Work closely with Recruiting and HR Operations teams to ensure smooth talent transitions and organizational updates

Use Excel to analyze and interpret HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Develop PowerPoint presentations to support business cases, talent discussions, and executive reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentation creation)
