Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Hybrid- minimum four days in office)
About Our Client:
Our client, one of the premier shareholder-owned insurance enterprises in the United States, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chicago office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support as directed by OCEO executives.
- Assist in managing schedules using digital tools and handle calls from internal and external sources.
- Coordinate onsite and off-site event and hotel arrangements, facilitating meeting logistics.
- Schedule travel, process expense reports, and maintain attendance records.
- Prepare correspondence for OCEO executives, including word processing and typing.
- Welcome visitors courteously, offering assistance and direction as needed.
- Manage various projects including copying and binding.
- Handle incoming mail and oversee office supplies inventory.
Your Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of administrative experience, supporting VP-level and C-suite executives.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in digital office tools and platforms.
- Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in event planning and meeting management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting information to management.
