Responsibilities:
As a Campus Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing the firm’s campus-facing recruitment activities and internship programs. This includes crafting candidate identification and engagement strategies tailored to specific schools. Serving as the primary point of contact for these institutions, your responsibilities will extend to leading our strategy for informational events and scholastic competitions, collaborating with student organizations and faculty, and directly engaging with high-potential candidates. Collaborating with recruiting team colleagues covering various business units, you will contribute to designing an event and outreach strategy aligned with the firm’s talent needs. Your role involves executing this strategy, encompassing event planning and logistics, advertising/promotion, and staffing. The position offers significant scope for innovation and creativity in exploring new ways to connect with high-potential candidates.
Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of professional experience, including time spent in a high-performing campus recruiting team or frequent involvement in campus recruiting activities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills are critical for success in this role.

• The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. The comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation, a year-end bonus guaranteed in the first year, and benefits such as medical coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family-building benefits, and participation in a charitable gift match program.
