| Job Description: -Ability to take in 150+ inbound calls per day -Effectively handle customer interactions -Properly greet customer and provide appropriate assistance and follow through to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner -Identify and resolve customer complaints/problems -Follow up with customer to assure appropriate action was taken and the issue was resolved to the customer's satisfaction -Work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to assure positive customer relations are maintained -Successfully complete required training -Participate in required meetings -Meets minimum productivity requirements for calls answered -Assists with data entry as needed -Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor |

| Requirements: -High School education or equivalent (some college helpful) -Experience in call center environment -Previous customer service and/or business experience preferred -Working knowledge of Microsoft office -Professional and personable telephone manner, with strong customer orientation -Excellent verbal communications and listening skills -Good interpersonal and problem solving skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills -Accurate data entry skills with prior computer experience -Ability to sit for extended periods of time |
