Title: Call Center Representative
Job Location: Chicago, IL
Job Description:
-Ability to take in 150+ inbound calls per day
-Effectively handle customer interactions.
-Properly greet customer and provide appropriate assistance and follow through to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
-Identify and resolve customer complaints/problems.
-Follow up with customer to assure appropriate action was taken and the issue was resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
-Work cooperatively with peers and other departments, keeping appropriate individuals informed to assure positive customer relations are maintained.
-Successfully complete required training.
-Participate in required meetings.
-Meets minimum productivity requirements for calls answered.
-Assists with data entry as needed
-Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
-High School education or equivalent (some college helpful)
-Experience in call center environment
-Previous customer service and/or business experience preferred
-Working knowledge of Microsoft office
-Professional and personable telephone manner, with strong customer orientation
-Excellent verbal communications and listening skills
-Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills
-Accurate data entry skills with prior computer experience
-Ability to sit for extended periods of time
 
Salary: $9
