Pat Dugan - Vice President
Patrick Dugan serves as the Vice President at North Bridge Staffing Group, and oversees the firm’s business operations including sales, business development, marketing, and human resources. Patrick has focused the firm on continuously providing excellent service to our clients as well as our associates, and is committed to providing human resource solutions that exceed all expectations.

Through Patrick’s continued efforts, North Bridge Staffing Group is one of the best administrative, accounting, and finance staffing firms in the city of Chicago.

Jaci Miller - PHR, Operations Manager
Jaci Miller is the head of the Human Resource team at North Bridge. She looks forward to continuing her education within the field by obtaining her SPHR certification. Jaci enjoys working with such a talented group of professionals and takes great pride in supporting our community outreach programs.

She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her free time, Jaci spends time with family and friends, as well as serving as an active member in the community. She also loves cheering on her alma mater! Go Illini!

Allison Sims - Recruiter
Allison joined North Bridge Staffing Group in 2005 as a recruiter. After graduating from the University of Iowa, she started her career in sales, but realized staffing would be a better career choice. What she likes most about North Bridge is the unique culture of the office and the professional approach the firm takes with its clients and candidates. Allison enjoys recruiting because of the sense of accomplishment and joy she gets from working with candidates to find new opportunities.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys cooking, Pilates, running, summers in Chicago, and spending time with family and friends.

Bethany Kesler - Recruiter
Bethany joined the recruiting team at North Bridge in 2007. She was attracted to the camaraderie in the office, as well as the business approach of Pat & Gerrie Dugan. She also enjoys the balanced environment with a “work hard, play hard” mentality. In addition, Bethany greatly values that friendships are formed not only in the office, but outside it with clients and candidates.

In her free time, Bethany enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Jill Pensyl - Recruiter
Jill started with North Bridge in January of 2009; she’s enjoyed providing excellent customer service to our clients and candidates. Gerrie Dugan, the owner of North Bridge, was Jill’s customer at her previous job. She was instantly drawn to Jill’s easy-going and cheerful personality and before Jill knew it, she was a part of the NB team!

Jill attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and moved to Chicago shortly after graduation and absolutely loves it! She thrives in a place with constant activity, so she’s right at home in the constant “go” mentality of the city. She still enjoys going home to Ohio, though, to root for her favorite football team, Ohio State. Go Buckeyes!

Ashle Staten - Recruiter
Ashle Staten comes to North Bridge with 6 years recruiting experience across the Chicagoland area. She is excited to be part of the energetic and team-oriented group that North Bridge has become known for. Matching the right opportunities with top talent is Ashle’s strongpoint, and she’s always up for the challenge. Her focus on hard work has made her an incredible asset to the NB team.

Ashle attended Eastern Illinois University and grew up in Arlington Heights. She is very active and enjoys playing volleyball, working out, cooking and reading. Ashle believes that “When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade” though she would still love to be just a little taller! Her future plans include traveling the world, but would like to make it back to her favorite place on earth, Walt Disney World!

Shannon Connell - Sales Manager
Shannon is a seasoned sales professional bringing 18 years of Sales/Biz Dev experience for companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Nextel, Meredith Publishing and Marquis Jet/Net Jets. She worked for an international recruitment firm in San Francisco where she got her first taste of the industry and is now back for more. She thrives on building relationships and seeing her clients find the right solutions for their needs. Her outgoing personality and high energy are a great fit for the Northbridge team.

Shannon's hometown is Kansas City and she recently spent 8 years in New York City where she had the opportunity to own her own yoga studio. She graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona and is a huge WILDCATS fan.

Hadley Costello - Account Executive
Creating and maintaining relationships with clients is Hadley’s top priority; she ensures that she fully understands their objectives, while giving them the highest level of service. What initially attracted Hadley to North Bridge was its warm culture and the fact that each individual was valued as an integral member of the team.

Outside of work, Hadley enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and visiting her family in Iowa. She also enjoys attending Chicago sporting events, summers by the lake, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Kirby Trenary - Account Executive
Kirby joins North Bridge Staffing after relocating from her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, in 2007. She believes in building strong relationships with her clients and delivering the highest level of customer service. She strives to exceed her client’s expectations each and every time. Kirby was instantly drawn to the warm, welcoming culture of North Bridge and she is very excited to be a part of the North Bridge team.

Kirby attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and majored in Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting her family in St. Louis, trying new restaurants in Chicago, and of course rooting for her St. Louis Cardinals!

Taylor Wolfe - Account Executive
Taylor joins the staff at North Bridge after recently relocating from Kansas City, Missouri, in June 2011. She was initially drawn to the energetic and optimistic attitudes that encompass the team here at North Bridge. She comes with over two years experience in the sales industry and thrives on meeting new people while establishing long lasting, professional relationships. She enjoys the challenge of understanding her clients needs while continually raising the bar to meet their expectations.

Having graduated from the University of Nebraska, Taylor is new to the Chicago area and is loving every minute of it. She has a degree in creative writing and is always able to find something unique within the Chicago culture worth writing about. In her free time, she contributes to a travel magazine that revolves around everything this great city has to offer. When she is not busy writing you can usually find her cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Go Big Red!

Tiffany Mariani - Account Executive
Tiffany joined North Bridge Staffing in September 2011. She was automatically drawn to the amazing energy in the office and the customer-oriented mentality of the team. She truly enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships.

She was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and loves living in the Gold Coast. Outside of work, Tiffany spends her time exploring the city’s plethora of restaurants and attends as many Chicago sporting events as possible. She also enjoys cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers!

Paige Glattly - Office Coordinator
Paige is the Office Coordinator at North Bridge Staffing, and the friendly face you will see when you first enter our office. She grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, and looked forward to moving back to the city after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

One of Paige’s favorite accomplishments thus far has been traveling to over thirteen different European cities, while studying abroad in college. Aside from traveling, she also enjoys cooking, being outside, spending time with her family and friends, and of course, enjoying Chicago sporting events! GO BEARS!
