Pat Dugan - Vice President
Patrick Dugan serves as the Vice President at North Bridge Staffing Group, and oversees the firm’s business operations including sales, business development, marketing, and human resources. Patrick has focused the firm on continuously providing excellent service to our clients as well as our associates, and is committed to providing human resource solutions that exceed all expectations.

Through Patrick’s continued efforts, North Bridge Staffing Group is one of the best administrative, accounting, and finance staffing firms in the city of Chicago.

Donna Helphrey - Director of Recruiting
Donna is the Director of Recruiting, and has been with North Bridge Staffing for 7 years. What initially attracted Donna to North Bridge were the owners, Pat & Gerrie Dugan. She’s a graduate of Ohio University, and came to North Bridge with three years of staffing experience.

Outside of work, Donna interests are traveling, wine, weekends away at the lake, music, any sporting events and being with friends and family.

Jaci Miller - PHR, Operations Manager
Jaci Miller is the head of the Human Resource team at North Bridge. She looks forward to continuing her education within the field by obtaining her SPHR certification. Jaci enjoys working with such a talented group of professionals and takes great pride in supporting our community outreach programs.

She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her free time, Jaci spends time with family and friends, as well as serving as an active member in the community. She also loves cheering on her alma mater! Go Illini!

Cate Nigolian - Manager of Sales
Outgoing, funny, and engaging are just a few words that describe Cate. It is no wonder that she succeeds in an environment where she can work hard and still have fun collaborating with others. She takes great pride in being part of the North Bridge team, as well as working with the highest caliber of candidates and servicing some of the top name clients in the Chicago land area. She believes that “life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.”

Exploring new places in Chicago is one of Cate’s many passions. While attending DePaul University, she instantly fell in love with the city and since graduation has made it her “haven.” She enjoys trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends, working out, and -- of course -- Chicago summers! One goal that Cate is still trying to accomplish is to own her own boat, complete with a crew! We're looking forward to our invites, Cate!

Lindsay Biggins - Recruiter
Lindsay started with North Bridge Staffing Group as a Recruiter in July of 2005. She grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Iowa. She was attracted to North Bridge because of its customized approach, client services attitude, as well as its close-knit family environment.

Lindsay’s hobbies include movies, music, running, cooking, Cubs games, and spending time with family and friends.

Allison Botsch - Recruiter
Allison joined North Bridge Staffing Group in 2005 as a recruiter. After graduating from the University of Iowa, she started her career in sales, but realized staffing would be a better career choice. What she likes most about North Bridge is the unique culture of the office and the professional approach the firm takes with its clients and candidates. Allison enjoys recruiting because of the sense of accomplishment and joy she gets from working with candidates to find new opportunities.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys cooking, Pilates, running, summers in Chicago, and spending time with family and friends.

Bethany Kesler - Recruiter
Bethany joined the recruiting team at North Bridge in 2007. She was attracted to the camaraderie in the office, as well as the business approach of Pat & Gerrie Dugan. She also enjoys the balanced environment with a “work hard, play hard” mentality. In addition, Bethany greatly values that friendships are formed not only in the office, but outside it with clients and candidates.

In her free time, Bethany enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Beth Stein - Account Executive
Beth brings over 5 years of staffing experience to North Bridge Staffing Group. Drawn to North Bridge’s reputation within the industry, she’s proud to be part of the company. Beth collaborates extremely well with both the recruiting and sales teams; hard working and personable, she’s a great complement to the rest of our team.

One of Beth’s greatest achievements outside of work is running two Chicago Marathons! An avid runner, she’s learned that no matter how difficult a situation, there’s always a way to persevere. Besides running, Beth enjoys festivals, concerts in the city and spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Luzader - Account Executive
Kim’s extensive experience within the staffing industry has made her an invaluable asset to the sales team for the past five years. She still remembers being drawn to the small “intimate, family feel” that Gerrie and Patrick Dugan have crafted and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment where goals are set and achieved. Her level of service helps her retain clients and form lasting relationships that are extremely important to her. Her humor and ability to see the big picture are two traits that make working with her a pleasure.

Kim’s greatest achievement outside of work is raising her son, who just entered the 7th grade. She enjoys cheering him on at his football and lacrosse games, and helping him with his school papers and projects. Kim loves to travel; though she loves Chicago, she’d never pass up an opportunity to be on a white sandy beach! Beyond being an amazing mother, Kim also enjoys horse-back riding, Pilates, shopping, and relaxing with family.

Hadley Costello - Account Executive
Creating and maintaining relationships with clients is Hadley’s top priority; she ensures that she fully understands their objectives, while giving them the highest level of service. What initially attracted Hadley to North Bridge was its warm culture and the fact that each individual was valued as an integral member of the team.

Outside of work, Hadley enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and visiting her family in Iowa. She also enjoys attending Chicago sporting events, summers by the lake, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Jessica Stacy - Account Executive
Jessica has over 4 years of sales experience, and her “work hard, play hard” mentality has made her a great asset to the North Bridge team. She believes in making every connection count, while building a strong rapport with her clients. Jessica was drawn to North Bridge’s mission of continuously exceeding client objectives by finding the perfect candidate fit.

Jessica’s greatest achievement thus far was winning the Women’s Basketball National Championship in college. Outside of work, she also enjoys working out, beach volleyball, photography, and going out with friends. She also has great passion for traveling, which is evident in her ongoing goal of traveling around the world.

Jill Pensyl - Office Coordinator
Jill is the friendly face you will see when you first enter our office. Since starting with North Bridge in January of 2009, she’s enjoyed providing excellent customer service to our clients and candidates. Gerrie Dugan, the owner of North Bridge, was Jill’s customer at her previous job. She was instantly drawn to Jill’s easy-going and cheerful personality and before Jill knew it, she was a part of the NB team!

Jill attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and moved to Chicago shortly after graduation and absolutely loves it! She thrives in a place with constant activity, so she’s right at home in the constant “go” mentality of the city. She still enjoys going home to Ohio, though, to root for her favorite football team, Ohio State. Go Buckeyes!
