Chicago, IL., (June 4, 2012)—North Bridge Staffing Group announced today it has made a strategic acquisition of Beyond Credentials, Inc, a Chicago-based firm that creates cutting-edge job candidate screening software and video technology, enabling companies to find the optimal fit for every position.
North Bridge, currently celebrating 10 years in the staffing business, has grown organically to date, but has been looking for a technology partner able to add marked value for its client base, which includes many of the most prominent firms in the Chicagoland business community.
Patrick Dugan, president of North Bridge Staffing, had made an angel investment in Beyond Credentials, and quickly recognized its potential value to his clients, leading to the acquisition.

Beyond Credentials was founded in 2009, and its solutions caught on quickly with Human Resource departments, who typically find resumes to be lacking. HR professionals were enthusiastic about leveraging technology to learn more about each candidate in a fraction of the time it takes to even coordinate an interview. Beyond Credentials has been recognized for innovation in Human Resource technology by Crain’s, NBC News, Tech Cocktail, and Time Magazine, among others.
