Gerrie Dugan, Owner and President of North Bridge Staffing Group, is a Chicagoland native, and brings more than 10 years of experience at both national & privately owned staffing organizations to the company. With a focus on personalized attention, Ms. Dugan takes a truly unique approach by providing her clients with customized staffing solutions.

Ms. Dugan has created solid partnerships with some of Chicago ’s top companies. Her priority is to have the best internal talent, giving NBSG the ability to attract and retain the best external talent to better serve North Bridge Staffing Group’s clients’ needs.

North Bridge Staffing Group’s flagship office is located in the historic Wrigley Building on Chicago’s ‘Magnificent Mile’ and enjoys membership in the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA), the Illinois Staffing Association (ISA) and the American Staffing Association (ASA).
